Melanie Griffith may have gone under the knife again. And this is not making hubby Antonio Banderas happy at all. Banderas has said that he wants to grow old with wrinkles and that he detests the obsession with youth that pervades Hollywood. But wifey Melanie seems to be addicted to cosmetic surgery.

Melanie’s appearance at the film premiere of Shrek Three Third in Hollywood this past weekend sparked new rumors that she has had more cosmetic surgery. Looking overdone and in a cake of make up, Melanie Griffith’s forehead appeared tight without a trace of a wrinkle, and the rest of her face no signs of aging – no crows’ feet around the eyes, no under eye bags, and no laugh lines.

While youthful genes are always a possibility, the reality is that it is hardly believable that the 49-year old actress would not have any wrinkles at this stage of her life. Additionally, her cosmetically injected blow-fish lips seemed to have returned. Even though there is an absence of wrinkles, the result is not natural.

Melanie Griffith is rumored to have had a breast augmentation, liposuction, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), repeated lip augmentation and Botox injections, and a possible forehead lift and face lift.
